- This project main objective is to inculcate sports culture in rural government schools, sports kit to be distributed as below:
Chess board,Tennicoit ring,Skipping Rope,Flying disc,Shuttle bats with cocks,Volley Ball,Foot Ball,Throw Ball,Kit Bag,All above items will cost 5000 Indian Rupees, Vekuva team will ensure proper utilsation of this sports kit with the help of PET of the respective school. Distribution photos, acknowledgement from school and feedbacks from students/teachers will be sent to the sponsor of the program.
CHAMPION
The primary objective of this project is to inculcate sports culture in state-run schools of rural areas by facilitating with the most essential sports kits.
Salient features of this project:
Below mentioned playing items worth of 5000 INR are handed over to Physical Education Teacher (PET) of each school.
- Badminton rackets with shuttlecocks Skipping rope
- Caroms Tennikoit ring
- Chess board Throw ball
- Flying disc Volleyball
- Football
- Guest lectures on importance of sports for a healthy life style and career prospects in sports industry are addressed.
- Collection of school headmaster’s feedback (with official stamp), photos of entire program and printed/digital media coverage are some more add-ons.
If a person is ready to sponsor one or more schools of his/her choice, below are a few guidelines to adhere:
- Sponsor has to bear the program cost, program coordination and execution will be done by Vekuva team.
- Guests are restricted to government officials only as we are a non-political group. However, village Sarpanch, MPTC and Mandal president can be invited.
Presence of sponsor or his/her friends/relatives during the program is highly appreciated.
